In some situations, home buyers elect to have additional inspections for environmental considerations or a detailed analysis of specific components. I can refer you to well-qualified professionals and will coordinate such inspections.  

I will coordinate the pre-closing "walk-through," arrange to get the closing figures to you for your review, and schedule a convenient time to finalize the home buying transaction. If you wish, I can even represent you at the home closing to save you time or make things more convenient.
